Legacy LIVE is a live storytelling series where Black Clevelanders come together to tell the truth of their lives.
No filters, no rushing, just real stories shared around a curated theme, what we call installations. It’s about who we are, where we’ve been, and how we’ve survived and thrived right here in this city.
Each story is shared in a small, close-knit salon, an intentionally intimate space where you can see someone’s eyes when they speak and feel it when they pause.
Over time, Legacy LIVE has become a place for joy, storytelling, and real community. Every story is video recorded and archived as a public resource for learning, reflection, and truth-telling, expanding space for Black Clevelanders to speak in their own words about triumphs, heartbreaks, ordinary days, and life-altering moments.
JOY.
STORYTELLING.
